Attendance

Many of our venues are provided for free. We don´t make any payment to the hotel, bar and restaurant owners where groups are held. Please buy refreshments on the premises and do not take your own. If the group is oversubscribed, you may need to join a waiting list. Join as many groups as you like but check with the group leader first. Changes of time and venue can happen and groups may be cancelled if insufficient people join them.

Should you not attend a group for 2 consecutive weeks without advising the group leader, your place may be taken by the next person on the waiting list. It is essential that you advise the group leader if you can no longer attend particularly if there is a waiting list. It is also helpful to advise them in advance of individual sessions you are unable to attend.
