Learn how to Nordic walk for an all over body workout. To find out how Nordic walking is different to ordinary walking or how Nordic walking poles are different to trekking poles (but trekking poles will be ok to start with) contact me directly. Sensible walking shoes appropriate clothing and of course poles are mandatory. Remember to bring water and a snack on warmer days as this is an all over body workout! Looking forward to meeting you.
