NOTICE OF ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ordinary General Assembly of the Members of the Association U3A Learning for Pleasure – Costa del Sol, will be held on Friday 3rd May 2024 at the Bougainvillea Centre, Los Boliches,
1st Call - 09.30hrs., 2nd Call – 10.00 hrs.
For the following purposes:

1. Welcome Address by President on the activities of the Committee.

2. To Read and Approve the Minutes of the OGA of 26th May 2023

3. Treasurer’s Report

4. To Review and Approve the Budget recommended by the Committee, for the financial year ending 10th April 2024.

5. The Committee
5.1 To Appoint statutory officers
5.1.1 President – Karen Fox, being eligible stands for Re-election
5.1.2 Vice President – Chris Lee, being eligible stands for Re-election
5.1.3 Treasurer – Pauline Constable, stands down
5.1.4 Secretary – Lesley Edge, being eligible stands for Re-election

6. To note the Co-Opted Committee Members
6.1 Membership Secretary – Lisa Gilchrist
6.2 Group Leader Co-Ordinator – Michael William Griffiths
6.3 Equipment Co-Ordinator – Eileen Edwards
6.4 Website and Newsletter Co-Ordinator – David Lowe
