NOTICE OF ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ordinary General Assembly of the Members of the Association U3A Learning for Pleasure – Costa del Sol, will be held on Thursday 16th April at TBA, Los Boliches, at 10.30hrs (1st Call), 11:30hrs (2nd Call). For the following purposes:

1. Welcome Address by President on the activities of the Committee.
2. To Read and Approve the Minutes of the OGA of 2025
3. Treasurer/Accountant Report
4. To Review and Approve the Accounts for the financial year ended 28th February 2026.
5. Appoint of Committee statutory officers
6. To note the Co-Opted Committee Members
7. Any Other Business
